Die Integration digitaler Medien in den Unterricht ermöglicht die Umsetzung einer Lehr-/Lernkultur, wie sie als „21st Century Skills and Competences“ von der OECD für Lernende des 21. Jahrhunderts als unabdingbar angesehen und im „4K-Modell des Lernens“ bereits seit 2013 insbesondere auf vier Kernkompetenzen bezogen wird:
- Kommunikation,
- Kollaboration,
- Kreativität,
- Kritisches Denken
Lernumgebungen, welche eine solche umfassende Kompetenzförderung zum Ziel haben, lassen sich mit Hilfe digitaler Medien natürlich sehr viel leichter gestalten, als dies mit rein analogen Mitteln möglich wäre.
Allerdings bleiben Forderungen nach dem Erwerb von Medienkompetenz, nach kollaborativem Lernen sowie selbstgesteuerter, kreativer Produktorientierung meist nur sehr theoretische Zielsetzungen, die in der Praxis höchstens am Rande des eng getakteten Lehrplans bzw. im Rahmen von Projekttagen eine Rolle spielen. Dies liegt unter anderem an bestehenden Prüfungsformaten, die nach wie vor lediglich den Wissensstand der Lernenden messen, nicht aber den Erwerb entsprechender Kompetenzen erfassen.
Dass im Bereich der Prüfungsformate allerdings auch jetzt schon deutlich flexiblere Lösungen denkbar und möglich sind, zeigt der Schulversuch „Prüfungskultur innovativ“ der Stiftung Bildungspakt Bayern. Hier werden an ausgewählten Projektschulen gezielt digitale Aufgabenformate entwickelt, „die kooperative und kreative Herangehensweisen auch bei der Leistungsfeststellung erlauben. Sie bilden dabei insbesondere diejenigen Kompetenzen ab, die junge Menschen für Studium, Beruf und ihr Leben in einer digitalisierten Welt brauchen.“
Der zum Schulversuch vorgelegte Leitfaden legt bereits jetzt ausgewählte Beispiele für „good practice“ vor und zeigt Perspektiven für die Weiterentwicklung der Prüfungskultur auf.
Außerdem werden hier wertvolle Hinweise zu Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Bewertung von Lernprodukten als Leistungsnachweise gegeben sowie in einer abschließenden „Checkliste“ übersichtlich zusammengefasst.
Bleibt zu hoffen, dass diese Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung der Prüfungskultur auch in die Praxis an den Schulen hinein wirken und so eine breitere Akzeptanz kompetenzorientierten Lehrens und Lernens bewirken.
